Hold the part before we cut the steel.

From your concept or our model we produce finished, assembled prototypes in-house on our PolyJet and stereolithography machines. It is the cheapest place in the whole process to change your mind.

Three stages side by side: the concept drawing, the computer model and the finished flotation device
Concept drawing, computer model, finished product. The same marine flotation device at each stage.

Why prototype first

A printed part tells you things a screen cannot: how it feels in the hand, whether the lid snaps, whether the two halves actually line up. Fixing those on a prototype costs an afternoon. Fixing them in a hardened steel mold costs weeks.

When the prototype is approved, we sit down together and pick the mold material for your production run.
