Whether you bring your own mold or we build one, we have a machine for the job: from a 35-ton press that shoots 1.2 ounces to a 1,200-ton press that shoots 16 pounds. Most of the floor sits in the 250 to 500 ton range.

Over-molding and insert molding
We mold around threaded and metal inserts, screens, and other materials, and we over-mold soft grips onto hard frames. The Trackstick and the Scorpion camera grip in the gallery are both over-molded here.
